1. Refund Eligibility

A. Employee-Initiated Cancellations:
- If an employee cancels a scheduled shift after being hired, the employer is eligible for a full refund of the fee associated with that specific shift.

B. Employer-Initiated Cancellations:
- If an employer cancels a scheduled shift after hiring an employee, the fee for that shift is non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment and minimizes last-minute cancellations, promoting reliability for all parties involved.

C. Completed Shifts:
- If the shift occurs as planned and the work is completed by the employee, the fee is non-refundable. Highr’s platform is designed to support successful employment engagements, and fees are considered earned upon the fulfillment of the agreed-upon work.

 2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the eligible conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:

A. Contact Support:
   - Email our support team at info@highr-app.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

B. Provide Details:
     - Include the following details in your email:
     - Shift date and time
     - Employee's name
     - Reason for the cancellation
     - Any relevant supporting documentation

C. Verification:
   - Our support team will review your request and verify the cancellation and eligibility for a refund based on the circumstances outlined in this policy.

D. Refund Processing:
   - If eligible, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

 

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the following fees are non-refundable:
- Fees for shifts that are completed as planned.
- Fees for shifts cancelled by the employer after hiring an employee.

4. Dispute Resolution

In cases of disputes regarding refunds, Highr's support team will review the situation and make a determination based on the information provided and the terms of this refund policy. We strive to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

5. Policy Updates

Highr reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users, and the updated policy will take effect as of the date posted. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.

A. Refund Timeframe:
   - Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

B. Partial Refunds:
